RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES w introduction from Bangkok

RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES w introduction from Bangkok

Dear Members and Test Readers,

This week my report comes later than usual and is rather different from the kinds of report you´ve become accustomed to.

I am in Bangkok to investigate and discuss a subject close to my heart with a group of active and aware seniors, who see the need for something much better than is currently offered our elderly. A subject closely linked to my overall mission of primarily promoting preventive medicine, and, when the time for prevention already passed, finding true cures that go straight to the cause of the problem. No more wasting time and fortunes on mere palliative treatment of superficial symptoms, that often make the underlying illness worse.

Those who no longer, due to age, are able to participate in the ongoing work of building and developing the future of our society are the ones on whose shoulders the younger generations stand to look ahead for future solutions. And they deserve being respected, listened to, honored and duly cared for, in view of their contributions to Society over many decades.

Scattered demographics where different generations no longer live together – and often live so far from each other that it´s even difficult for them to meet at all – in combination with an impersonal, cost-based social “care” system, has led to a quality of life for most of our seniors far from what they deserve, and what they should have the right to expect.

Above all, I have been alerted to a routine of heavy medication that daze and stupefy our seniors unnecessarily, and even cause dementia. There will be contrived medical motives for this praxis, but a very reasonable suspicion is that the true motives are to make them easier to handle, basically keeping them inactive and undemanding, but also to boost profits for the drug manufacturers who nowadays are the true bosses and teachers of our medical doctors.

Investigations have shown that a person over 70 or so, would typically be “on” 10 – 12 daily prescription drugs, of which statins, other drugs for cardiovascular problems, and anti-depressants are nearly always on the list.  All of these carry serious risks of dangerous side-effects, and would typically keep those who take them dazed and inactive. And, according to independent research, shorten their lives with several years.  Which of course is in the interest of those who manage the state coffers, since it costs a lot of money to keep retired people alive when they no longer contribute to the national income. Very crass reasoning, but very real, though seldom acknowledged.

My viewpoint is that life is sacred and that causing someone´s premature death, however indirectly and stealthily, is a crime. It seems, our modern physicians have abandoned Hippocates´ oath for the medical profession, vowing to always try to do what´s best for the patient, and first of all do no harm to them. Because most of today´s pharmaceutical treatments are doing harm to the patients, not seldom leading to an unnecessarily premature death.

So, I couldn´t care less about economics when it comes to human lives. And mind you, I started out in life by studying economics.

Likewise, the fear of scarcity and over-population is a scam, invented by ruthless and misinformed capitalists for their own benefit. There is NO scarcity on our planet. And never could be. If it looks that way, it´s only due to ignorance and inability to manage and properly utilize and recycle the endless resources that Mother Nature puts at our disposal.

And with that, I turn you over to this week´s report about creating a new concept for retirement communities based on prevention, life quality, and holistic health care, ultimately leading to quality of death with no need to suffer any chronic diseases, and least of all Alzheimer´s or other forms of mental incapacity.

Please let me know your thoughts on this subject by email to StraightCURES@gmail.com

Yours,

Dr. Jens

WE´LL ALL HAVE TO DIE SOME DAY

BUT WE DON´T HAVE TO SUFFER ILLNESS AND DEMENTIA

Life has its learning curve. It has its highs and lows. Its beginning and its end. Often, what seems a disaster or undeserved punishment when it happens, will later turn into a blessing in disguise. Something that teaches us an invaluable lesson, or leads us to an unexpected breakthrough or success. Or to meeting someone who will play a decisive and positive role in our life.

This can be true also of illness, that can be a great teacher, among other things leading to knowledge and understanding we can use to help both ourselves and others.

Life is never meant to be lived in isolation for one´s own benefit only. Its most important feature is relationships.  Relationships of many kinds for the purpose of mutual development, for both learning from others, and teaching them in return. Every single day, from our arrival at birth on this globe of material expression and experience, right up to our departure at death, when our spiritual consciousness leaves our used bodies for dimensions beyond space and time, to digest our terrestrial experiences, rest, and prepare for our next spiritual assignment.

This is not religion. It´s distant memory and interpretation of the soul´s experience. It´s superior intuitive knowledge. And, as strange as it may sound, it conforms to recent scientific discoveries around consciousness, information, light, scalar energy, resonance, and so called quantum physics, a misnomer if ever there was one.  And once you connect to it and trust it, there will be no such thing as fear or suffering. No envy, no anger, no unhappiness. Only understanding and insight. And peace, light and love.

Having said this, I do believe that the only kind of medicine we should accept in our lives, is one that truly cures. There is no reason to entertain expensive palliative treatments with disastrous side-effects that may pretend to ease pain or discomfort, but in the end will only cause more suffering and premature death.

The reason for this unusual report, and for it being published later than usual, is the following: Upon launching this membership website I was approached by an elderly American gentleman who lives in Thailand, and who is profoundly bothered by seeing how badly old people are being treated in many retirement homes all over the world. Not least in the US and Europe. And he refers to them being sedated, kept inactive, given unhealthy tasteless food, and propped full with unnecessary expensive prescription drugs that cause many harmful side-effects, among them Alzheimer´s or other forms of dementia. So he turned to me for help.

The result of his contacting me, is that I am now in Thailand forming an expert group to work on an advanced holistic concept for retirement communities, that we hope may eventually become global standard for the way our seniors should be treated from retirement till they leave this planet, healthy and satiated with years and positive experiences.

The concept includes the following features:

The very first requirement for a happy and healthy life in retirement, is delicious, enjoyable freshly prepared organic ecological food, free of toxins, harmful chemicals, transfats, sugar and other inflammation-causing ingredients. Food that in true Hippocratic spirit will ideally serve as the only medicine they will need.

The second requirement is a positive emotional and mental quality of life. Truly supportive staff that they can relate to as family and count on for all their needs.

The third requirement is access to stimulating social, intellectual activities, and to suitable exercise and entertainment.

The fourth requirement is the right combination of independence and supportive company for the individual taste and needs of each person.

The fifth requirement is ongoing naturopathic medical attendance to prevent all preventable health problems by natural means. This includes access, as needed,  to effective non-invasive, non-toxic holistic therapies, such as acupuncture, homeopathy, bioresonance, chiropractic, osteopathy, reflexology, and all kinds of vitamins, minerals, and proven herbal supplements. There are simple, cheap, natural remedies and therapies to keep all body systems in perfect working order.

No longer any need for the typically ten, or more, grossly overpriced prescription drugs that most institutionalized seniors are made to take, keeping them inactive and suffering from many unnecessary “side-effects”, often demented and on the fast track to a premature death.

Just the cost of all the harmful, unnecessary drugs will pay for most of the other improvements in life quality this concept is introducing. Which means that the true cost may not be far in excess of what countries with advanced social welfare, such as Western Europe, are already spending today, but for inferior life quality services.

The main difference will be that Big Pharma will make less money off of seniors than before, while the seniors experience much better life quality and health for the same cost.

But then, if we consider all expensive, invasive treatments, such as surgery, that are often being mandated under the existing system but would not be indicated with our new concept, the final total cost for the improved services may very well end up being lower than under the present system.

One critical need in order to make this concept work as desired, is availability and training of caregivers. In our global village, that kind of work has increasingly been left to immigrants, and when these are newcomers, the language issue can be a problem. It´s obviously important that the seniors can make themselves understood with the caregivers and vice versa. Also, proper training of the caregivers has to be high on the list of priorities.

I am very excited at the prospect of bringing this improved concept into play in a small pilot project here in Thailand. And eventually offer to guide interested parties at other locations on how to successfully launch similar serviced communities for seniors.

If you have any suggestion on how to further improve this concept, please send an email to StraightCURES@gmail.com I will be grateful for your input.

Laugh and love and die

Free from fear and pain,

Light up bright your brain!

  1. Hi Dr Jens, I found your email containing this link in my mother’s email box (Sumalee Viravaidya of Bangkok, sadly she died 6 years ago…she would’ve LOVED this concept and probably become part of the project!). I have taken it upon myself to forward the link to a few of her old friends, some of whom are quite well-connected in Thai society and may be interested. I don’t know whether anything will come of it, but I strongly believe that there was a reason I saw and did not delete your email. Good luck with the pilot project and let me know if there’s anything I can do to help. Kind regards from Thailand, Sumalee’s daughter Larissa
