SEVEN STEPS TO MAKING YOURSELF IMMUNE TO STROKES AND HEART ATTACKS

Report Preamble 15th November 2019

Dear Member, Member Candidate, or Site Explorer,

Last week´s report was about a contrived holocaust that´s estimated to have killed over 30 million people world-wide. With the appropriate knowledge, clear-sightedness, and independence, the vast majority of those unsuspecting young people could have escaped the gruesome death that befell them.

This week´s report is about how not to fall victim to the number one cause of death in the industrialized western world. A follow-up on my report NEVER SUFFER A HEART ATTACK OR STROKE published on August 16, 2019.

SEVEN STEPS TO MAKING YOURSELF IMMUNE TO STROKES AND HEART ATTACKS

STEP ONE: If you were told that high cholesterol is the greatest danger for suffering a heart attack, you need to update your information. Most cardiologists still make a big deal about cholesterol and insist on prescribing statins to reduce it. You can tell them, that they are at least 20 years behind in their understanding of cardiovascular science. Of course, statins are among Big Pharma´s most profitable and most sold drugs, and doctors nowadays get most of their ongoing education from the drug manufacturers. So they are probably not going to stop peddling statins any time soon.

If you want to safeguard yourself against heart attacks and strokes, in other word against blood clots, then forget about high cholesterol. In fact, independent scientists have known for some 30 years that the higher your cholesterol is, the less danger you run of dying from a heart attack. Yes, really! – Cholesterol is one of the most important and plentiful substances in the body, and it has many duties. It´s especially important for the brain, and reducing it artificially as statin drugs do, will increase your risk for dementia, such as Alzheimer´s disease. And for the arteries it serves as a repair mechanism, so lack of it will also increase your risk of dying of a heart attack!

It´s true that cholesterol appears in the arteries simultaneously with blood clots, stroke and heart attacks. But it´s not their cause. Its task is to repair damage caused by inflammation of the blood vessels.

Statins also reduce availability of co-enzyme Q10, which is another biological agent that is crucially important for the health and functioning of the heart.

For quite some time we were told by the medical authorities that it was dangerous to eat egg-yokes and fat, because it would increase the cholesterol in the blood. That was a load of hogwash, that was damaging to health. First of all, eggs are among the most complete and nutritious foods we can get. And besides, what we eat makes no real difference on the level of cholesterol in the blood. The body produces cholesterol itself, and it regulates the levels according to its needs.
